pre-register for our service. This does NOT guarantee your delivery will be captured, but it will alert our staff of your upcoming stay.


Book a FREE consultation with one of our trained agents. This step will allow you to ask any questions you might have before the big day; as well as going over the bundle best suits your needs.


After or during your consultation we can take payment over the phone, or guide you to our payment portal to complete your order. If you do purchase online, you MUST contact the sales agent who helped you so that we can assign your photographer.


Finally it's the BIG DAY! If you followed ALL the previous steps then have no worries! One of our trained videographers will be ready to capture your delivery. If you only registered and did not purchase your package you MAY still be able to have your delivery captured. Speak to a Biovideo rep there at the hospital.

Ask about On-Call



If you pre-registered with us great, we have your email on file! However, if you did not while in hospital you will provide your email to a Biovideo photographer. This is VERY IMPORTANT, because this is where you will receive access to your precious photos. This is where you will be able to view, download and select your photos for print. This is also where you will need to navigate in order to purchase any of our packages after your delivery day.


There will be a gallery invitation link sent to your email, with purchase info included, some require coupon codes others do not. 


Once you're viewing your gallery page and you have purchased already it is time to download your material! Your main page will show your video and photos. To download your material first click the button where it says "Buy", select the dropdown "buy all". Once on the next page select your package and start building!  After your package is complete add to your cart and proceed though the checkout system. Use your coupon code if you were given one in your email and complete your order.  Once your order is accepted you will get an email with a download link. Follow the prompts on the download page. 


If your package came with prints then please proceed with the same process described in the download section; this also applies if you only ordered prints. Any pre-paid purchase or purchase at the hospital will have a package assigned to their gallery and that package will need to be selected and built to complete the order. 

If your still having trouble completing your order please contact our customer service team and one of our trained agents will help you complete your order.


After you have submitted your order for approval it will take 24-48 hours for one of our staff members to approve your order.

Disclaimer : All of our photographers/videographers are all professionally trained but are at their own individual skill level. Therefore we cannot guarantee the end product of your material. If you pre-pay for service and you're not happy with the results we cannot issue a refund for services already provided. However, we can offer a retake session but this is subject to your location and is not available everywhere. If for any reason we miss your delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and you pre-paid you are eligible to substitute your session for another and you are able to receive a $75 print credit. All ON-CALL fees are non-refundable.  Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds for services already provided. No refunds on any digital downloads. Gifts/coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-negotiable by Participant and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gifts/coupons cannot be exchanged or returned.
